Envoy maintains through a continuous improvement process, a comprehensive system that is designed to help ensure all crewmembers are alert and fit for duty. Utilizing appropriate scientific-valid fatigue risk assessment tools to measure, assess, eliminate when possible, and mitigate the risks associated with crewmember fatigue.

The term “crewmember” is defined by the FAA in Part 1, Definitions and Abbreviations.  “Crewmember means a person assigned to perform duty in an aircraft during flight time.”  Crewmember includes Captian, First Officer and Flight Attendant.
