With the new Lands End uniform rollout approaching quickly now on March 2, 2020, AFA has been working hard on your behalf to ensure both a smooth transition. While some are excited for the new uniforms, others who had a reaction to the TwinHill uniform are experiencing anxiety and do not know what to expect.

We have recently updated the AFA-Envoy website with a uniform tab that includes general tips for those with sensitive skin, as well as a report link for anyone who has an issue with the new uniform. This link sends the report directly to AFA-Envoy MEC Safety Chair, Jan Wyatt. It will not be shared with the company.

Your AFA MEC has also reached out to our AFA Piedmont and PSA MECs, as well as to APFAs MEC to work closely together for any potential issues with the new uniform and to all have the same treatment should a problem arise. We will keep you updated. AFA is being proactive on your behalf to ensure that the new uniforms are safe for all of our Flight Attendants.

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA-CWA) is the world's largest labor union organized by flight attendants for flight attendants.
