Planning Committee

This committee collaborate with the Company on creating efficient flight operations. The committee will provide input on pairings and line construction specific to each base’s needs.

The committee meets with the Company every bid period (or more frequently if agreed) to review the next month's pairings. The Chairperson and, if available, domicile representatives will have the opportunity to participate in the pairing process, with at least 24 hours to review and provide feedback on the final construction. Quarterly, the Company meets with domicile representatives and the Committee Chair to discuss planning, staffing, and scheduling concerns impacting operational quality.
